What a wonderful read. I love the way you’ve pinpointed the magical little time when you’ve started up and people aren’t really paying attention and you can use Twitter as an experimental canvas to discover your voice as a company.
We’re definitely on the same path at ProdPad. Our Twitter voice has helped us discover our marketing voice, our support voice — and as it turns out, it’s all the same!
